Terms of Service
The terms for making and hosting a product show with PromoFast.
The service
PromoFast lets you submit a public product page, review the extracted product message, and generate a hosted English product show. You must be at least the age required to form a binding agreement where you live and have authority to accept these terms for the product you submit.
Your content and submitted URLs
You may submit only public URLs and product information that you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights clearance of the source material, your edits and the final published message. Do not use PromoFast to process unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or privacy-violating content.
Review before publication
PromoFast shows you the extracted product message for review before it generates a public show. You are responsible for checking the product name, claims and supporting information before confirming generation. PromoFast may reject or remove content that violates these terms or creates a security, legal or operational risk.
Subscriptions and billing
PromoFast plans are monthly subscriptions processed by Dodo Payments. PromoFast does not offer a free trial; billing begins when the selected subscription is activated. Taxes, payment handling and billing records are also subject to the checkout terms shown by Dodo Payments.
You can change plans from your PromoFast workspace. Upgrades take effect after Dodo Payments successfully collects the prorated charge for the remaining billing period. Downgrades are scheduled for the next billing date, do not refund the current billing period, and require your active hosted-product count to fit within the new plan before the change can be scheduled. Your current plan remains active until a scheduled downgrade takes effect.
Cancellation
You can cancel without contacting support. Sign in to the PromoFast workspace, choose Manage or cancel subscription, and complete the cancellation in the Dodo Payments customer portal. You can cancel immediately or at the next billing date. If you cancel at the next billing date, plan access and hosted pages continue until the current billing period ends. If you cancel immediately, plan access and hosted pages end immediately. Your project records remain associated with your account so access can be restored if you subscribe again, subject to the retention terms below.
Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already made. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date and include the account email and payment details needed to identify the charge. We review requests based on circumstances including duplicate or incorrect charges, failure to deliver the purchased service, service use and applicable law. Approval is not guaranteed except where required by law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Hosted pages
Each active plan includes the number of hosted product slots and monthly content updates shown for that plan, plus video export for each product show. A completed video export is available from its private download link for three days; download files are then deleted automatically. Generated customer pages are English-only, are hosted by PromoFast, and retain the Made with PromoFast attribution. Custom domains are not included. We may change, suspend or remove a hosted page when necessary to protect the service, comply with law or enforce these terms.
No promised commercial outcome
PromoFast aims to present product information clearly and engagingly. It does not guarantee views, watch time, conversion, revenue, sales, ranking, audience growth or any other business outcome. Your results depend on your product, claims, audience, distribution and other factors outside the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but it relies on hosting, payment, identity and generation providers and may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider issues or events outside our control. We may update the service or these terms; continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated terms.
