Privacy Policy
Clear about the information needed to make and host your product show.
What this policy covers
This policy covers PromoFast, including promofast.show, its sign-in flow, workspace, hosted product shows and related support. PromoFast is the service that turns a public product URL into a creator-reviewed, hosted English product show.
Information we process
- Google sign-in identity. When you sign in, Google provides your account identifier, verified email address, name and optional profile image. PromoFast uses these to create and secure your workspace.
- Product workspace content. We store the public URL you submit, the extracted product message, your reviewed edits, project status and the generated page metadata. The service reads only the public page you ask it to process.
- Hosted output. Generated HTML, narration audio and related delivery assets are stored so your chosen hosted link can work. A link becomes public only when a generated project is published.
- Subscription records. Dodo Payments processes card authorization, recurring charges, plan changes, cancellation and refunds. PromoFast stores the current plan, pending or scheduled plan changes, subscription status, Dodo provider identifiers and related billing event records needed to grant or end access; it does not receive or store your full card number.
- Technical, reliability and usage data. Cloudflare and our application infrastructure process ordinary request data, security logs and essential session state. PostHog receives pseudonymous product events, workflow outcomes, task durations and browser performance measurements so we can find conversion friction, failures and slow steps. These events do not include submitted URLs, extracted copy, reviewed content, email addresses or payment-card details.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, run the extraction and generation workflow you request, maintain your hosted show, manage your subscription, measure product and service performance, prevent abuse, troubleshoot service failures and meet applicable legal obligations. PromoFast does not sell personal information or use essential sign-in cookies for advertising.
Service providers
PromoFast uses Google for identity sign-in, Dodo Payments for checkout and subscription processing, Cloudflare for hosting and application infrastructure, PostHog for pseudonymous product and performance analytics, OpenRouter for product-message generation, and ElevenLabs for generated audio. These providers process only the information required to provide their part of the service under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cancellation and refund records
To manage or cancel a subscription, sign in to the PromoFast workspace and choose Manage or cancel subscription. PromoFast creates a short-lived Dodo Payments customer-portal link for the signed-in account; the full card details remain with Dodo Payments. We retain subscription status, cancellation and refund records where needed to apply access changes, provide support, prevent fraud and meet transaction-record obligations. The cancellation and refund rules are described in the Terms of Service.
Cookies and local browser storage
PromoFast uses first-party, HttpOnly session and sign-in-state cookies to keep your account secure. An unsubmitted URL and a random analytics identifier may be kept in your browser's local storage. Analytics is used to improve PromoFast's funnel, reliability and performance, not for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Retention and requests
We retain account, subscription and project records while your workspace or hosted output is active, and for a limited period afterward where needed for security, support, backups, billing records or legal obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Deletion requests may be limited where records must be retained for legal, security or transaction purposes.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when PromoFast or its providers change. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
